Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

The consent you give when submitting a form on ds-med.info. Effective date: 23 July 2026.

I, the visitor of the website ds-med.info (the "Data Subject"), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, hereby give my consent to DS.Med LLC (the "Operator", Taxpayer ID (INN) 7726456371, registered office: 3B Ryazansky Prospekt, office 326, Moscow 109052, Russia) to process my personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and, where applicable, the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data covered by this consent

Surname, first name and patronymic; postal address; contact details (phone and fax numbers, email address); social media accounts; education, profession, place of work and position held. This consent does not cover publicly available, special-category or biometric data.

2. Purposes of processing

  • sale and delivery of goods and acceptance of payments;
  • provision of warranty and after-sales services;
  • sending informational and promotional messages by any means of communication, including phone, SMS, email, and personal messages in social networks and messengers;
  • obtaining feedback on products and services.

3. Actions covered by this consent

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amending), extraction, use, transfer, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, with or without the use of automation tools.

4. Declarations of the Data Subject

  • I have provided my personal data voluntarily by filling in forms on the Site, by phone or by email;
  • I confirm that the personal data I have provided is accurate; the Operator may suspend service if it proves inaccurate;
  • I agree that my data may be transferred to third parties where this is necessary to achieve the stated purposes and complies with applicable law;
  • I am aware that the Site uses cookies and collects technical usage data (location, OS and browser type and version, device type, screen resolution, referral source, IP address, on-site behaviour); such data is not treated as personal data.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid for 36 (thirty-six) months from the date it is given. Personal data used for news and promotional mailings is processed until the Data Subject unsubscribes. I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data" to info@ds-med.info; withdrawal terminates my participation in discount and information programmes and releases the Operator from its related obligations. Data is stored in accordance with applicable archiving legislation.

6. Amendments

The Operator may amend this Consent; the current version is published on this page and takes effect 20 (twenty) days after publication unless the Data Subject objects in writing within that period. Related documents: Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy.
